     Life is full of obstacles, challenges, and opportunities for growth.  You don't have to do it alone.  I have been working with individuals for over 15 years to let go of things that no longer serve them and become a higher version of themselves.  I apply my Masters degree in Clinical Psychology, personal experience with self-healing and a spiritual journey to help others manage their emotions, heal parts of themselves and navigate relationships.  My personal experience can help others in overcoming childhood trauma, healing toxic family dynamics, and recovering  from unhealthy relationships.  This includes narcisisstic families and partners.
